Dr.  Smith is the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at the OU College of Medicine.  In this role her focus is on career advising and mentoring.   She has a passion for improving medical education including optimizing the learning environment and curriculum to advance student success.  She is an Associate Professor in the Department of OBGYN and has a clinical focus on gynecologic surgery and lower genital tract disease.

Dr. Scordino is the Associate Dean for Student Affairs at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.  She is an accomplished clinician, student advocate and award-winning educator. In her role as an Associate Dean she oversees many aspects of student life including academic success, wellness, and scholarship and awards.  She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology with a focus on HemePath.

Abel is the Sr. Student Program Coordinator in the OU College of Medicine Student Affairs office. His role spans student life, events, and wellness programming to support medical student success. Abel is passionate about mental health and wellness, and he is currently completing a master's in clinical mental health counseling to pursue licensure as a professional counselor.
